When you do not know the market very well you need some guidelines to show you what is key and what is not. Sometimes you can spend too much time on something that is not very much essential. Some things cannot bring any impact to your project yet some might have a very big impact in Concrete Self Leveler.

The name self means that the cement can level on its own. In the past, constructors always needed to come with slabs to ensure that they level the cement and achieve a flat surface. This took too much work and man power to get this work done. Human is to error such that sometimes you would encounter scenarios where the floor is not well leveled.

Cleaning the floor is very crucial. Considering that the concrete will dry up eventually, you do not want to have some dirty underneath the cement since it will give room for the floor to start getting destroyed. Thoroughly sweep and thoroughly vacuum the floor. This is to remove even the smallest particles that are there. Soak the floor in primer to ensure that the solution lasts and holds within the floor well.

You will not have to invest too much time in it. Preparing a concrete surface might seem like a very tedious activity for you to do. However, this is not entirely the case. This is a very easy project. Pouring the material on the surface will take you not more than a single day. You might not have to keep on measuring the area to ensure that it is uniform.

Mixing all the buckets all at once is the best thing to do. This solution is meant to dry up after some time and therefore if you opt to mix one at a time it will be very confusing for you. When you take too much time in the mixing, you might find the first pour has already dried up. This will be very confusing because you will have to redo that part again to avoid having something that is not uniform.

Sometimes your floor can have a big hole or a vent. This can make you have a troubled mind because you will not know what to do. Just have a cardboard cover the hole and seal the end point with some tape. Do not be troubled just because of some small hole because it can easily be fixed.

You need to be very fast in mixing to prevent the concrete from drying up before you start pouring. Too much exposure will make it start drying up even when it is still in the buckets. You also need to make sure that it is not exposure in direct sunlight. That can end up costing you a great deal.

In every construction, there are some seams that are always left behind. Either the board could not cover the whole space that you have to put another one or it was cut at some point. You need to seal these points with some tapes to avoid you damaging your floor. Even a small nail hole can bring you trouble so you need to be thorough.
