Select a time and date. You must select an appropriate date and time for this one time event. Avoid setting it on weekdays if classes are still on going because it will have a high chance that guests will not be able to attend to it. Also, set a time that is not too early and not too late, like 9 to 12 noon or 1 to 5 in the afternoon. Do not set it on the evening as it is already a rest time for the kids.

Choose a theme. You may think that this party is just a simple tea party. Well, you can do that but know that there are also various themes for this event. Your kid might want a princess like theme, or maybe they wanted to have a theme where they will portray as fairies. In this area, you should also ask your child about this because she might have a theme in mind.

Ready the essentials. Foods will never be gone in a party. You must prepare it way before the desired time of the event. There is nothing to worry when it comes to these area because finger foods will be enough considering that this is just a tea party. You can make some munchkins, sandwiches, biscuits and many others. Never forget also to decorate the place so that the chosen theme will really be evident.
