However, the English service church is Sendai takes place on Saturday rather than Sunday. This may seem a little weird at first, but once you gain and understanding of the church, you will soon see that pastors Caleb and Christina Chang provide services in other areas on Sunday. That is the day they visit and provide services to Kesennuma where the tsunami hit the hardest. It is also a place that they visited ten days after destruction hit and brought along 200 volunteers to help the area find peace.

This Sendai church is of the Baptist faith. It is a part of the FCBC Singapore. This enables them to bring food, help, and compassion to people who have suffered due to a disaster.
