Selecting The Best Rental Carnival Rides For The Next School Fundraiser

If you're in charge of this year's fund raising event at your child's school, you know you have to come up with an idea that will have the adults spending money, and the kids having lots of fun. Fall carnivals are great ways to raise a lot of money. You can put the other parents on your committee in charge of the food and games while you concentrate on choosing the best rental carnival rides you can afford.

The ride that seems to be the favorite of all the kids right now is not even an official ride. It's called the Spider Zone, and it is actually a huge inflatable slide with a multi-level climbing structure attached. Children climb through seven levels, all mesh enclosed, to reach the top of the slide. A number of kids can play on the Spider at one time making it a good option for events with a crowd of children.

The Dragonfly is another favorite of the older elementary school kids. Everyone who has attended a state fair has seen this ride. There is enough room for thirty riders in individual seats. As it gets going, the seats start to pull away from the center of the Dragonfly. At its top speed the arms are sticking straight out.

The Six Spin is similar to the Dragonfly, but only holds six riders at a time. It is a much smaller ride than the Dragonfly. There are controls in front of each rider. As the ride starts spinning, the operator tilts the ride. The riders can push the controls in different directions to make the ride go up, down, or backwards.

Turbo Tubs are great for little kids because their parents can join them in the tub. This ride spins around, and riders can spin the individual tubs or lock them in place. Spinning the tub may be too much for the littlest children. The option to spin or not spin the tub makes it perfect for them.

Kids love Meltdown, which is an action game not a ride. Each game involve eight players who stand on podiums. There are two spinning arms that try to knock players off balance. To stay on their podiums, players either have to jump or duck. It takes stamina, quick reflexes, and agility to win. Little kids won't be able to play. A game can go on for some time if the players are good.

You can not have a fall carnival and leave out the mechanical bull. This is a perennial favorite. Most of the bulls will adjust to the age and weight of the rider. The bigger the rider them more speed the bull will pick up and the more enthusiastically he will buck.

A fall carnival, well planned, will be a big hit with everyone who attends. As long as there is plenty of food, challenging games, and fun rides, the profits will be impressive. More importantly, everyone will have enjoyed themselves, and the school will benefit.
