How To Do A Basic Liver Flush

Cleansing the liver is a very vital part for one to keep his health intact because the liver is actually one of the most abused internal organs in the entire body. Now the best way to do this would be to do an annual natural liver flush so that one can clean out all the toxins inside. So for those who do not know how to do this, here is a short guide on how to do this.

Of course before the cleansing, it is very important that one would first go through a pre cleansing stage. Now one has to take note that the pre cleansing stage involves a mini fast wherein one would eat less. Of course while he is on the fast, he will be eating a lot of fruits and vegetables as well as drinking a lot of water for three days.

Now while doing this, one should make sure that he is not under any medication or any under vitamins because this will ruin the cleanse. Now start the day off with a short breakfast of just pure fruits and a lunch that is full off vegetables or salads. Of course in the cleansing stage, he should also skip any dairy products.

After around two in the afternoon, then one should start making a mixture of Epsom salts along with some water. Now to start of, one should mix in four tablespoons of his Epsom salt along with a half teaspoon of Vitamin C and three cups of water in a jar. Now one should make sure he mixes everything carefully to make sure there are no more powder residues.

Now once the clock strikes six, then one has to drink a little bit of that Epsom salt mix. After one has already drank the one, then he has to drink another three fourth at eight o clock. When the clock strikes around nine, one should then make another mixture consisting of some olive oil as well as some lemon juice or grapefruit juice.

At ten, he should already prepare for going to bed but he should drink the oil mixture before doing that. Once that is already done, then he can lie down in bed and assume a fetal sleeping position. He should have his knees up on his chest for around thirty minutes before putting them down.

Now once he has already woke up at around six in the morning, he should drink another serving of Epsom salt water mix. After drinking that, he should just lay completely still and wait until eight in the morning before he drinks the last serving of Epsom salt. From there, then he can go back to his bed and just relax so that his body will rest.

Now the last thing that one would have to do would be to drink some fruit juice at ten am and eat fruits at around ten thirty. Now after an hour, then one can already eat like he did already but at small volumes. Of course he has to drink a lot of water along with that.
