Nothing bears the state of Florida for its fine weather and great vacation spots . Of course when you do go on a vacation you will need to know where the finer places are to eat also. Here are some recommendations for places to eat should you be looking for Marco Island restaurants.

Verdis, an American bistro as it is fondly called by its owner, is an upscale restaurant open nightly at 6 pm everyday. Strangely enough they are closed Mondays from June to August. All orders are cooked to order and discounts given to groups of eight or more. They also have gluten free menus for the diet conscious or those that are watching what they eat.

A great place to dine while looking out into Smokehouse Bay is CJs. This gazebo inspired location near a floating dock area will definitely inspire most to partake of the fare. Their menu also includes kiddie fare and their selection covers most seafood and meat preparations for your enjoyment.

For those that want a bit of family oriented fun and good food, then Sunset Grille might be the place. The options given to patrons run the whole gamut from brunch to late night dining. Those on a budget will find their outdoor seating to their taste also alongside the not so expensive prices as compared to other eateries in Marco. The sports bar theme will also be a hit to the younger crowd.

DaVinci is an Italian inspired restaurant in Marco. Many attest to their great outside of New York pizza and their chicken dishes. Depending on the day and season you may need to have a reservation before going there as it can get quite full. They have other local inspired dishes on the menu apart from pasta which you should also give a try.

Stonewalls restaurant will appeal to those who crave and love Mexican food and foods south of the border. Their unique system of paying first and then getting seating for service might be confusing for the first timer, but at least you have been warned. Some say that their dishes are a bit pricey, but there is no denying that they come in more than respectable sizes and portions. Do give this place a try to calm down your Mexican cravings.

Hoots is a restaurant which may have the simplest menu. They only serve breakfast. The menu consists only of varieties of pancakes, bacon, toast and steak. Many attest to the great service and food. The prices are also somewhat reasonable for most people who make their first visit.

This article just showcases a few of the many restaurants that you may come across when you are looking for Marco Island restaurants. The place of course has plenty more to offer but hopefully these few selections give you a basic idea on where to get started on your quest to find a great meal when visiting this town in Florida. So go on out there and see what Marco Island has to offer!
