Vacationing in Michigan may not sound like a dream come true, but there are many people that are pleasantly surprised with all that they can do while they are in Michigan. The beauty of the state and the variety of landscapes can provide you with an exceptional vacation.

This offers visitors the added opportunity of being able to stay for a while. Although it is nice to stay in one of the Iron River hotels, it isn't always affordable to continue day after day.

Ever wonder what their job entails though? Ever wonder what else they're doing other than making your bed, putting the remote back on the TV and changing your towels? Here's a look into the expectations of a hotel room attendant. Every attendant is expected to be warm and friendly when they meet a guest.

This park puts you right there. You can take a leisure walk next to the beautiful river at dawn and be downtown shopping and sight-seeing by brunch. These mini homes on wheels make it easy to transport your lifestyle across the country. Bring your kitchen, your bed and even your pets with you to the RV Park to stay for a while.

Sometimes the only sign of any bed bugs will be what looks like some spots of smeared pepper. When you see this, make sure that you either get your money back or talk to management about moving rooms to ensure that you do not get bed bugs.

Attendants need to be warm and welcoming. They also keep an eye out for the safety of their visitors. They know the rooms better than anyone else, as they are in them all the time. They are expected to do an inspection of the room before cleaning or organizing it.

Iron River has an intriguing historical museum to entertain you for a few hours. It is the largest local museum in Upper Michigan. It includes 26 buildings, over 100 exhibits and 2 telling art galleries: the Lee LeBlanc Wildlife Gallery and the Giovanelli Italianate Gallery.

There's a strategy to it. They start at the far end of the room and work their way back to the door. They clean the dressers, tables, TV, headboards and anything you might have touched.

When you are getting ready to leave, go through your room thoroughly. You want to be sure that you are able to find anything that you may have left before you check out and leave it to be found by the housekeeping staff.

Most hotels will hold your possessions for a specific amount of time before they get rid of it. Take the time to look under beds, in drawers and behind doors so you do not end up missing something small.

Before they close the door behind them on the way out, they plug in a vacuum and clean the floors. This marks the end of their cleaning and they move on to the next room. Your Hotel Room Attendants are expected to do this with every room and every guest. You can be assured the cleanest rooms from hotels in Iron River, despite the number of stars attached to their name.
